My goal is to help you live a more meaningful life through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focus, I create a unique plan for clients to most effectively address a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, alcohol abuse, marital distress, and to develop more adaptive skills related to coping and communication. I will work to create better awareness of yourself and create happier and healthier lives.
