Out of Network:

Insurance plans with out of network benefits are also accepted. If you are unsure if you have these benefits, check with your insurance company as many plans offer them. Typically, insurances with out of network coverage will pay on average about 10-20% less than In-Network coverage once your deductible has been met.

Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance company regarding your plan:

• What is my/our coverage for out-of-network mental health services?

• Do I have an annual deductible?

• How much of my annual deductible has already been met?

• Are there any limits or requirements in order to receive reimbursement?

• Where can I submit invoices for reimbursement?
